blade forks?

Post by blackstorm »

Anyone know if forks and yolks from a 98 blade would a) fit the storm b) need anything else to fit or be modified. Theres a 98 blade front end including forks yolks handlebars and mudguard on ebay. I might be interested but not sure how big a job its likely to turn into?
Not long to end of auction. any advice gratefully recieved

Sorry this is so late, but I have the triples and usd's from a 954rr Fireblade on my vtr. Works much better all around. I changed everything over, brakes and all. The only hard part was I needed special clip-ons, I got some uber-adjustable ones from CycleCat. They have a 2.5 inch lift over stock fireblade bars, this positions them in the almost stock location of a VTR.

Note: the 954/929rr forks are shorter than the VTR forks, so the steering will be much quicker.
You know the Austin Powers movies? I have always wanted to date someone like Allota Fagina... but I always seem to date her sister Sandy.
