Anyone noticed anything different on ebay set up for the above sections?

Stormtrooper i'll try and explain.
When I go to the motorcycle: parts and accs. section the main page for that section is laid out differently, for a start the "search items available to the uk" is no longer there! plus some other minor changes, but the main thing is after viewing an item, when I click on the back button in my browser bar, instead of just going back to the previous page which it does fine, it then jumps to the to the top of the page and its happening nearly everytime, after a while it becomes quite annoying, I dont get this problem on any of the other sites I visit.
