I know where you are coming from WRT ground clearance though -I spent a while battling the same issues
Good pics mate, nice style but as has already been said you could do with getting your body to the inside more to move the CofG off the inside meaning the bike can be more upright for the same speed
I had one of those belly pans and had to get rid coz it was massively compromising ground clearance
The only thing you can do with your sort is modify the brackets so it sits tighter in at the bottom
The Moriwaki bellypan IMO looks just as good (if not better) and has much better clearance
NB not my bike but the same bellypan
Next is make sure your forks have the right springs in -too weak and too far pulled through will reduce clearance
To speed up steering raise the rear, rather than drop the front
And adding preload is NOT the way to do this -it just buggers up the handling
I made 3 x 2mm spacers to this design
Couldnt be simpler to fit either
I then made my own ground clearance extreme footpegs
This meant this sort of shenanigans was dooable
But in the end, despite Fireblade forks, Penske rear shock and all the above, I hit the next limit
At Silverstone Copse corner I touched the exhaust headers down!
This was the point I accepted the VTR was never gonna cut it as a track bike and went thirds on an ex Phillip Macallen IOM TT CBR600 steelie
