Help for Heroes Cycle Ride

Post by Seeker 77 »

Well i missed the rideout i Wooton Bassett as i was in the US so i am making up for it by cycling to Arnhem i just over 2 days Day 1 is 40 miles to Bicester, day2 is 120 miles to Harwich :( and day 3 is 90 miles to Arnhem. Quite a big deal for a lazt tw@ like me who normally hides behind a desk

I am doing it becuase in my last job a good friend lost her leg after an IED strike and i saw what amazing support she got from H4H. Here she is sharing a joke with the Chief of thhe General Staff

Done matey. Good luck.

I have been reading the "Forgotten Voices" series of compilations and we could so easily forget how much we owe to such brave people. This country has many faults, but its still Great Britain despite all that!

Thanks bud, very kind indeed. I will tell Kate that she needs to mod her chair!! She was also asked what colour she wanted the inside of her prosthetic limb to be and, yep you guessed it, pink!
