WORKSHOP DAY.
Re: WORKSHOP DAY.
Big one's a #2 centre punch, with 4lb hammer, in my experience.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Well i'm pleased to say that no metal was harmed during the making of the hole...
Thanks for the info, a Nr.6 and Nr.10 allen wrench did the job and opened the covers nicely!
I'll get the CCTs ordered...

Re: WORKSHOP DAY.
Yup, I'd set aside a couple of hours this morning to remove the inspection covers, but they undid fine on the first attempt, so I have 1hr 59mins spare now...
So that's done, the brass carb take-offs and hoses are ordered, and Bazza has some cct's for me - Bazza, are these your modified originals I've been reading about?
Anything else I've forgotten? Apart from golf tees, off to ebay now for a pack.
Dave.
edit - Tony, i did reply to your pm (just to say thanks) but it's sitting stubbornly in the pm outbox so i assume it hasn't been sent.

You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

SWMBO is a serial tea-drinker, so bought her one of these- now she's never more than four seconds away from a refill
