i just took a lightweight throw-up tent - £7 in asda and weighed only 2kilo
then a sleeping bag, £6 in asda but i froze my nackers off, wouldve been as well covering myself in bog roll.
also got a floor mat thing which was shite.
seeing as it's probably going to be a bit chilly in the evenings, i recommend a decent sleeping bag and possible a airbed.
argos got some for £11.
i'll be taking my beer holder lilo that i brought back from hols

i just bungeed the camping gear to the seat hump and it didnt move, although i did nearly drop the bike when i got my boot caught in a bungee while getting off lol!
then a small rucksack with my waterproofs and spare clothes in

i got a bit anal about weight saving for the trip, but if you think about it, you could easily carry a 100kilo pillion and the bike wont complain much.

er one thing i forgot was a nammer (universal spanner) to bang the pegs in.
fortunately others had remembered!

other things you may want to pack - mirror, razor blade, condoms, lube 8O , bog roll, king size rizzlas and bong.
oh and a towel cos it's going to piss down all weekend lol! :biggrin

The other thing I would suggest taking that I did, was baby wipes, you always need clean balls before a ride out.

i keep a pack under my seat in case i get caught short when im out.
a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do :biggrin
oh, and for cleaning my visor!

i'll put a cig lighter socket on mine for the next outing, for charging fone & satnav.
me tomtom one died on me last time, screen's fkt, so the one i'm using now is massive, but it's got bluetooth & euro maps on this one, cost me £6 off ebay cos the last owner wiped the sd card while trying to put voices on it!

i think a barbeque is in order tho this time
maybe try some of tony's cheesy peppers stuffed with cheese, different cheese, and some cheese on top, served with cheese!

If there is a supermarket nearby like the last ride would be great to get a load of disposable bbqs.

Yep, that's a sure-fire way to stay warm in a tent, having a disposable BBQ in it.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
