had issues recently with spammers accessing and sending spam mail appearing to come from my email addy....
looking at last activity on my email addy....

you can see which is my ip.... it appears ive been globetrotting a bit
anyone know how to stop this??? its not as simple as just change password btw.

You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.
