rear how wide?

How wide can i go with the rear tire? Anyone gone a bit wider and is it worth it?
Gonna have to get anew rear for MOT soon :crazy:

190/55/17 no bigger but it slows the turning down

190/50 slows down the steering (flatter profile), particularly mid-corner. A 190/55 (particularly on a 6-inch rim) maintains the same basic profile while raising the ride height slightly and putting a bit more rubber on the road. Having tried all of them, I strongly suggest you stick to the 180/55, especially if using the stock 5.5-inch rim......

Cheers, will stick to standard size. Will be looking out for cheepest deals locally, prob go for Dunlops again.

Can't praise Sportsmarts enough, they suit this bike really well.
