Not me mate, we were in J&S Leeds. I think you made the right decision, Frank Thomas gear isnt the best, BKS on the otherhand...top notch imo.Miztaziggy wrote:Yeah went to J&S in Doncaster....was that the same one as you? I was in there about 1pm or something I think. That wasnt you in the next changing room to me was it?
There was some guy already in leathers with his girlfriend trying on some leathers. He kept talking about spanking her butt and how it looked in leather...![]()
Was a toss up for me between a Frank Thomas 1 piece or 2 piece in blue/black or the white BKS 1 piece.

Re: Leathers rubbing your neck
BKS started out making made to measure, and they signed a deal with Frank Thomas to produce a range of off the peg leathers with the BKS name. this product is owned by FT, and although the basic design is initiated by Brian at BKS, the final design, materials and manufacturing is all FT.
so the off the peg BKS is actually Frank Thomas by a different name, I guess they are using as a premium brand, so it could well be a better product, but some of the old FT was pretty good anyway with plenty of road testing on the Ron Haslam Race School
