VTR Firestorm v SP1

I have gota say that since selling the Storm and buying a SP1 there is no going back, what a bike, I have Microns and powercommader and its just simply superb! 8)

I don't doubt its a better piece of engineering and its obviously quicker, but how uncomfortable is it to ride??
She's my idea of beauty and thats what I ride.

Its just superb, makes you realise how upright the storm was, great bike but lacks handling and top end grunt :D

I picked my SP1 up at a steal to so that helps :twisted: :D

Handling, seating position, torque, sound, look, and last but not least, show off factor :wink:

How far can you really ride in one session without getting knackered?
I regularly take my storm on 300m / 10hour rides, couldn't see myself doing that on an SP1....

Which brings me to my point, you buy a bike to suit your riding needs.
If an SP1 is for you, good on yer chap.

Me, I 'm happy with my 'storm.
(But that new Triumph ST Sprint at the NEC did look mighty cool)

tell ya what Id like to do...... find a SP engine and put it in a Firestorm, oh yeah and the frount end..... best of both worlds then and no camchain noises :roll:

Now why the hell cant Honda think of that VTR would start selling all over again I reckon.

I'm not convinced at all... I'll have to ride this here SP1 thingy your talking about to make my own mind up, name the date and the time and I will be there :wink:
