Misfire from rear cylinder

Could a misfire or no spark from the rear cylinder be. A CDI ignition unit or CDI amplifier problem , I've switched over both coils but still have the same problem, please help ....

Have you tried swapping over spark plugs? Is it definitely no spark, it could be low on compression on the rear cylinder or no petrol getting to it?
