What breaks & @ what power levels?
Looking through the forum I've found a comment about the crank breaking at the cam gear radius,at what power level?, what else goes out? thanks

Crank breakage is really only a problem for the drag racers when using nitrous, or very high compression ratios.
In the real world if highly tuned to @ 130bhp+ you can get fatigue cracks on the rear of the crankcase around the swingarm pivot; worse case scenario is that the back of the engine breaks off.
But this is really only ever seen on tuned race engines under very high stresses, it won't present a problem on the road.
Nope, your only worries are CCT's and reg/recs.
You can reliably get 120-125 bhp out of these engines without problems.
To put that into perspective, std power is @ 97bhp, cans, a DJ kit and filter give @ 106bhp.
