You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

Hi Benny, He wasn't hanging about,in reality i didn't expect a wave as he was overtaking me(in my cage) just before a bend..I thought,he's either brimming with confidence or as you say....fkin nuts :lol: Chris
