I'd do what you suggested, drop the needles down a notch to lean it out and bring the AFR Back so that it runs between the two lines on your dyno chart.
2011 dyno runs have better torque curves and smoother. However you have squeezed another 2 BHP at 8900 RPM.
This years last run is so rich that the AFR unit on this manufacturers dyno does not register richer than 10:1 ratio so you may not have all the AFR info. Bring it back between the lines and then start again with any other mods.

Ive just been into the garage and droped the needles down one notch(raised the clip).
Also filled in one lift hole in each slide (as there was 3 lift holes) easy to reverse if it makes it worse .
Replaced the broken mixture screw .
I will be ordering smaller and larger main jets tomorrow,but wont fit untill after the next run if they are needed .
tested settings just putting this down so i can go back to it if needed .
mixture screws were set to front 1 1/2 turns out
rear was 1 2/3 turns out
needle clips was 3rd from top
190 mains
3 lift holes
and my oldest princess thought she looked funny

i don't know what mine will need doing to it. its got the following
long stacks
k&n filter
ti full exhaust
lightened flywheel...(don't know if this effects its set up)
if got a dynojet kit thats ready to be used.
i've also got a superchips ecu module that raises the redline amongst other things. but i doubt this will be on the bike in time.
do you reckon i should get new tyres before its dyno'd, i'm running different tyres at the mo and i believe this might have an effect on the results.
the bike with the better bhp/torque buys the teas.........

sounds like a plan to me marty
not sure about the tyre but make sure its has correct psi.
make sure the chain as correctly adjusted and lubed .
i to have a lightened flywheel i think you loose a little torque from it .

Hi, I am sometimes on Superhawk forum, but reading you guys as well :-)
Your dyno looks almost the same as mine, when I got it from dyno tuning. My setup was FactoryPro needles, BMC Filter, 180+182 jets (KHI numbering), 50 pilot jets, Arrow full exhaust.
Current setup is Fpro needles, 180+182 jets, two standard long stacks, Hiflo paper filter with Burnie Morgan mod, 48 pilots and works great.
The biggest improvement was when I block one front slide hole and swapped back to paper filter. I haven´t read if you have full dynojet installed. That means their springs and drilled one hole more (works together). What I saw, only properly setted Dynojet kit can work with aftermarket filter like BMC, KN, DNA.
Or you can go with paper filter, than plug one hole in front, leave stock springs, and raise rear needle by one slot (aftermarket) or 0.5 mm (stock).
You can use your current main jets, top end is ok, i did the same.
Adjust pilot jets using the Idle Drop Procedure described in manual.
This is my dyno with paper filter and 178+180 jets, and BMC with 180+182. Don´t look on numbers, I don´t believe that 112 bhp only with exhaust is real :-)

Mine was the wrong way around so that wasn't helping

Pilot jets were 45s but i have a set of 48s I will take with me

I believe that biggest problem is not in jets (both), but in needle slide speed. As I wrote, if you want to go with cotton filter, use Dynojet kit. Or block one hole in front and use paper filter. 48 pilots is just fine tuning (my bike is italian and stock pilots are 45).
Higher fuel consuption can tell you as well if it is running too rich. Should be near to stock or lower.

Gust got back from a little test ride
And the changes I made .
It surges between 2000rpm and 4000rpn so I will put it back to how it was and let the pros at it
