Late Clocks on an Early bike

Post by bluestoesonnose »

How easy is it to fit the later clocks to an early bike, is there a harness block changer anyone makes?

I wanted to do the same but not seen a set of clocks to buy.. not that I have looked to hard but will do it in the future.

Here is the link I found to do it all.

Hope this helps
Why ask... sometime you just go to do it and find out?

It's very easy to fit them.

Unfortunately there's quite a lot of work needed to make them work properly.
That link covers it, though.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Another thing to throw in the mix, I personally don't think the later speedo face is so easy to read as the earlier one, perhaps it's just me :eh:

Strange first post! Welcome to the forum John.

I would also be interested in knowing how it's going. Have you decided to go for the VTR Late Clocks or SP1 style.? Or have you had a second thought mate?
