No I bought a 57mm round saw which is perfect for getting inside the main exhaust opening, and it did the job in about 10 secs. Then (as expected) the baffle, although detached from the plate that I had just drilled, it was still pretty solid, so, as I had read on here, I took a hammer to it and hit the inner pipe (end of baffle) and this has now come loose, allowing me to spin baffle around in place.
Only problem now is that the baffle won't come out - it will go backward and forward about 4-6cm and spin around but not out. Ive tried pulling it with pliers, monkey wrench and I'm now fresh out of ideas??? HELP!!
