what have you done to your "bike" today
Re: what have you done to your "bike" today
Done most of them mate, I will finish them on Friday hopefully. Depends if the weather is still good. I may be converting fossil fuels into greenhouse gases, hopefully.

Does that kit come with the emulsion tubes as well Kev or is that an optional extra? I'm looking forward to seeing some pics and read your experiences with fitting it etc. It's the exact kit I'm gonna fit to mine in the near future. Are you going to do your TPS as well?
I can just visualize you sitting in the armchair admiring and drooling over your Titanium.

Re: what have you done to your "bike" today
Just been out and taken the back wheel off, gave it all a good scrub and clean. Cush rubbers need replacing they are all broken
I shall get round to that whenever chain and sprockets get done.
Took the hugger off cleaned that and super glued the end so carbon does not split and fray. Cleaned the swingarm as best I could and some of the linkages. Re greased and put it all back together. Adjusted chain then put a blanking grommet over the hole I made in the fairing lower.

When he's finished you won't be able to see it, surely?bigspanishmarty wrote:don't forget the pictures when your finished kev.......Kev L wrote:The nice Postie delivered my Factory Pro Ti jet kit today, after I made a charitable donation of £23 to HM Customs & Excise (robbing gits!) and this despite the nice Septics marking it up as a "Gift". Anyway some you win (clip-ons worth £147 got through as a gift) and some you lose.
Now to clean up the carbs, make some carbon fibre brackets and fit the jet kit. Whoopee-do.
It goes INSIDE the carbs
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Had a blast on the way to work this morning too... Loads of cars on my side of the road on the A414, nothing on the other side... Cue some 10+ car overtakes. Muwahahahaha

Now I just have to perfect the 10+ car wheelie overtake

(only kidding!)
Oh f*ck, I'm supposed to be doing my fuel economy run this week... Keep forgetting! Still, over 90 miles from the tank so far.

Hello Girls, finished bitchin or got a little more left in ya?
Been to the gym, went for a blat and then made these exhaust kick plates -

and did a bit more to the carb brackets -

Need to cut a few more bits out of the plate which holds the TPS but coming along.
Don't like em? Kiss my butt!!!
