Its taken 18 years to get my Wife on The Bike

Post by parkergb6 »

Today I have managed to get the wife to come out on the bike. Apparently never felt she could on some of my other bikes.
Apparently the storm does it for her. However I did say it would be a trip to the pub and back.

I neglected to tell her that it would not be directly to the pub but via a very circuitous route.

She took to it very naturally and leaning into bends with no problems.
I even got her to fill it up.
Looks like this could be the start of some good times. Now for some good weather and a proper fitting protective gear.

What a great day.

She held on for dear life onto straps on my jacket. She didn't let go once.
