TBH I gave the ride out a miss for two reasons.

The wind was picking up big time, and on the way home I got blown across the road and was bricking it a couple of times, especially on one of the bridges, I just felt luck I wasnt on the Harley.

Secondly I had to go see my father in law who is in Hospital, hes been very sick and bored and asked me to get him some stuff ASAP.

I did feel bad just leaving.

We didn't really go for a ride out in the end. Mac took us down to the local fuel station and we all sort of made our separate ways home. That wind was pretty horrendous though. I felt my head getting blown from side to side and not easy keeping the bike on a straight line. I've been in worse than that. At least it wasn't snowing.

I wimped out of taking the motorway on the way home after feeling that crosswind just getting out of Grain 8O I think the M2 bridge over the Medway would've been entertaining...

Went home through the towns which wasn't quite so bad, except for avoiding all the fallen branches, cattle blowing across the road etc

Don't blame you Murv, it was a bit hairy in places!

I got bounced around the A2 all the way to the M25.

What was scary? Being in the fast lane or getting to 70 mph. Now you know what its like for us red storm riders, fast lane, 70+ mph.

Yeah I was going faster than that , but had to slow down as a red one was all over the place, being towed by a Robin Reliant (also in red)
