dyno run today!!!!!!!

Post by agentpineapple »

my local garage/mot/dyno is doing there usual saturday special again tomorrow, £15 for one dyno power run.
i thought it would be money well spent to see how good/bad my bike is running, if anyones local pop down tomorrow lunchtime.
the garage is called poleposition and its on the highway E1, next to the machine mart.
carl will be there, he better not laugh when my engine explodes
still, if the worst happens i can push it the hundred yards back to my house

dyno run tomorrow

Make sure you get a fuelling print out .
So you can see what the bike is doing coz a power run only gives you a bhp graph .
And as its blue (not black or yellow )
Expect it to only make 40bhp :)

I don't expect it to be mega, but at least the curve will show where improvements/adjustments are required. The BHP is useless, who cares, every dyno machine is going to be different anyway. But a print out that shows the curve will be useful and interesting to see how BSM's seat of the pants judgements are like. :eek2

It's the black tank which will hold it back Lloydie. Even with the majority of blue panels they will struggle to overcome the overwhelming negative effect of the black!!!! :shh:

I would like that to but can't afford it :-(
I will be putting £500 aside over the next few months for a good engine but if I can't find one I will just save up for an other storm with low miles . Swap my bling over and sell this one to recover some of the cost :)
