mine was left hand side also, very easy once the fairing is off. I cleaned the lot whilst i was in there and its as new again now.
I must say mine is a 05 bike with low miles and the sh1t that was in there was unbelievable, don't know how it would be on high mileage or older bikes.
Any one know of alternative oil cooler pipes ? Mine resemble coral, totally f****d

Just get some 000 wire wool and a bit of Autosol and they will be like new.

Did you replace the bulb with a standard bulb or fit LED's?

Mine are bad too.

Would like LED's for the clocks and front little light. Do you know what 'socket' they are?

Linear springs are best front and back .
I used mct suspension for my front springsand found them very helpful but someone on here had a bad time with them .
7.5w oil in the forks .
That was me! Bloke told me they wouldn't sell springs. Went to K-tech - v good.

Fitted my new to me viper cans......went for a ride.....smiled.....took out the baffles......rode some more.....bigger smile.......went home......started planning how much to cut em down to stubbies, turns out I may be addicted to bigger noise, anyone ever taken apart or cut down viper cans, not sure what to expect when I drill those rivets out? Not sure how I lived with standard cans for nearly a year?

Looking good.

I'll have to try that cafe next time I'm over that way. I usually use Dinky's Dinah - lovely gammon sandwich

Renthal bars and bar clamps arrived today, now I can start to work out how I am going to machine the yoke to fit them and still clear the forks where they stick up through the yokes.

Lee why have you got 2 storms?
