youve had to cut the fairing quite a bit bike looks great did you do anything with the seat for comfort on long rides

Toon army....I'm going to the East Durham MCC "Cauld butt Rally" which is held at Hurworth Hall, Hurworth DL2 2BN on Friday 26th of this month if you need a closer look, you being not far from this doo..
Seat is standard. Comfy enough for 100 miles, then fuel up and off again. Can't say I've noticed any more discomfort than on any other bike I've had. I'd say the R1100RT I had was worse.

I think so. All depends really on the shape of the bars. I have seen one which came as a kit with relatively shallow bars, and I don't think the fairing needed cutting.
