bike put out 95hp , from correct dyno

i done the tps mod , and fitted a dyno kit from other carbs , and ive no bother admitting to a schoolboy error i didnt tighten one of the mains and it fell out!

but the bike was transformed (just dont open the throttle or revs too much  ) obviously something was amiss,, tbh i suspected a ripped diafram , but a quick spin on the dyno revealed the idle circuit is spot on ,

fine , just sort the top end , opened up the carbs , and there was one of the mains in the float bowl   nearly pissed myself , rang the dynoman and admitted what id done ,

i knew id have to make up for my error so , (didnt tell the dynoman yet  ) but ive done the shims / fitted stick coils / balanced the carbs .
so hopefully i can redeem myself

now on dj needles 180 mains 48 pilots , standard airbox , micron carbon cans

I've done that too. I've also put the carbs back on, airbox on all the screws done up on the lid and then realised I forgot to connect the throttle cables up. DOH, It's a right pain undoing all those screws again

well ,,,,,

tps mod , dynojet , 180 mains , 48 pilots , (were 45's) standard screw settings , (were leaned off too) standard airbox/ filter (micron cans)

did valve clearences , balanced carbs ,

stick coil mod ,

genuine 100bhp , but bottom rev range midrange , greatly improved , only 5bhp improvement at top , but very different bike to ride

fuel mixture correct all through rev range , (previously lean everywhere )

its geared down a fair bit too

and thats that , com'on big yellow skyball i wanna drive :D
