i've checked the joints and it seems there is a 2cm space between the joint to proper connect so think air is sneaking through that so what would you seal them with wicky.I have some cement but think thats last rescort was thinking more on a silicone side.
Yep just make sure it High Temp silicone.

Oww! Shouldn't be any gap that large able to blow before exiting the exhausts. Could you take a pic so we what's going on.

Pipes/header/linkpipes system should overlap and clamp up tight - mainly only on the OEM header/link pipe is there a graphite seal as well, micron don't need em to connect to OEM header but my moriwaki system uses seals.

No Storm that's right should be popping , banging or farting .Not only is it rude but it,s very bad for the valves.
Sound nice when it's sorted,I like quiet pipes and less antisocial which tells you I'm an old git.

Waltham Forest to issue £80 on-the-spot spitting penalty notices

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-21439973
Mr Loakes, who is deputy leader of the council and cabinet member for environment, said: "Residents have told us that they are concerned about this and want the council to do something.

"It's not just spitting, it's urinating in public as well.
Blame it on leaking coolant...

Or is it that you have gone deaf and they sound quite.

I agree there should be no popping and banging or farting. Mine had terrible carb farts when I first got it. Once I cleaned the carbs, set the TPS and balanced them. My idle was smooth and no more carb farts or the odd stalling for no reason at all when stopping at at lights.

The most common answer I hear from people regarding carb farts is "they all do it" yes they do from time to time, but it doesn't make it right.
