marty, why not buy a badly broken storm and every time you need a bolt take one off the broken storm. at the end of it you will have the original bike back together and big heap of stuff you can e.bay

just a thought but, I would imagine that for all the various size bolts and thread length options many are used in multiple places so this whole thing is, err, nuts?

Mornin all
Just a longshot & a pain in the proverbial to do, but any use going to the Ron Ayres fiche site -
http://www.ronayers.com/Fiche/TypeID/26 ... l/VTR1000F

The bolt/fastener sizes are listed on each fiche.
Good luck!

In principle Ronairs is a good idea but it only gives you the bolt head size. Not the length or thread pitch. One should be able to just look at a bolt and know where it came from. If unsure then try it in the part and if it don't fit then it's not the right one, so find one that does. :)
