Hello from the road racing capital

Post by diverandy »

Hi just bought my first Firestorm a 2000 model in the fastest colour RED it has scorpion cans and makes a lovely noise and now that the snow has melted I am able to get out on our lovely manx roads. I have found all sorts of useful info on here and have already performed the stopper mod on my cct's. keep up the good work. Cheers Andy :D

Hello mate, welcome to the team. Thought you were in Ireland going on the title, then I realised you are delusional, thinking pink is the best colour!!!

Hi. Welcome to the Fast Red Club. We'll all have to get intouch if anybody goes to the TT or Manx. Have ridden the Two Day Trial a time or two but neverbeen on road bike. Very nice place to live. Hope you enjoy your Storm.

Hello Andy, will be over for the TT again this year, just don't know if I will be on the firestorm or the enduro bike. Will be staying in Douglas so might see you for a beer

Thanks for all the replies. I do believe the Irish have an approximation of road racing but it is not as good as the real thing :D . I have actually managed to get race week off this year for only the 2nd time in my 20 odd years of living here so hopefully will manage to get down to the tent for a few  and meet some of you. Cheers Andy
