I'd seen those in my browsing, I'll have to check how taxes and shipping will work to the US, but it looks like a well made product with some decently adjustable.

As to my aviation, i'm actually a civilian pilot (I've had this screen name since childhood). I flew the Embraer 145 for a US regional airline for about 3 years, prior to that I flew tons of small light aircraft as an instructor pilot and student. Lots of Cessnas, some pipers, some beechcrafts, little bit of time in cubs and taylorcrafts, a couple 1930's era bi-planes, etc... Flying is probably the best habit I can't afford

Little tip for you...just get the yoke & risers...from them. The bars & if you need them the longer lines you can get locally... & prob cheaper.

Thanks, I'll look into it! Currently awaiting a replacement airfilter, hoping I've found part of the issue for my poor MPG! Finally got around to some hot weather (100°F Heat Index) this week, so I decide to put the bike on the stand in the garage...pulled off the tank and air filter lid, and saw a mixture of extreme black dirt, a couple plants, some spiders, etc...the filter has the original "honda" emblem on it, so I bet it's been in there for the last 23k miles.

I gave the bike a couple cleanings, got the chain cleaned up and lubed, and oil/filter changed out. Soon as the new (factory styled) air filter will arrive, will likely replace the plugs while I'm under there. Haven't decided if I'm going to wait and do the CCT's at a later date or not yet...haven't purchased the CCT's yet, but they're still on my short list of things to do. Also need to build a tank stay, as I think the PPO ditched it when he installed the undertail...would also like to do some major cleaning while I've got the tank off, and I'm sure I'll have plenty more to do when I take the airbox off to the get the CCT's done! Have also thought of disabling the PAIR system while I'm in there, but that might be project two, done with the CCT's, we'll see!

theres a thread for removing the pair system, i'm sure someone will be along shortly with a link for you. i believe the pairs system robs the bike of several bhp.
hence the older uk models are more powerful than the newer models, because thats when the pairs system was brought in(2001/2002)
have fun exploring your bike fella. they're easy enough to work on........
