Its been bloomin dry here for donkies :D , the odd day of rain but had really fantastic weather for months really and sat...forecast...bloody showers :sad2 .. I swear you lot have brought it down on us lol. I told DTM ( hubby) I'm taking my textiles in his bag, spare gloves, spare visor n insert too.. just in case :shh: .. worse case,we take shelter somewhere if it pours down and me and hubby can ride home as we are around 58 miles from the camp... Fingers crossed they have it wrong cos they don't always get it right anyway  and it's been bloody roasting here today! :eek2

It's a helmet side mount for GoPro, should get some good footage now :) ooooh.. I don't often see any footage of myself so get my good side lol.. 8) 8)

Does anyone else regularly film road riding? I've only tried it for around a mile once. Are there any reasons not to film legal riding on the road?
I have mates who do it regularly and far as I am aware, there are no laws to say you can't, but it could, potentially be used against you in court lol if you broke the law on the road and were caught... Apart from that, nobody is usually bothered if you have a lid mounted or shoulder mounted camera for your own personal use.. I've seen loads of ppl on the road with them lid mounted.. go to go i'd say :-)

Me. Just don't post up anything dodgy like showing your speedo, wheelies, stoppies etc.

Thanks for the replies guys & gals.

ABB, I will try to get your good side but with my skills I will probably end up recording 3hrs of the inside of my pannier like last time! Doh.

Thanks Geodude, I see you have uploaded quite a number of videos! I can't get any of them to play :( I've tried them on my phone, Xbox & laptop, I'm pretty gutted as you've got previous Op Storms on there and some Satriani covers which I'd love to see also :(

I did try another video just to see if it worked (purely in the name of research) and it did, only watch this one if you know who Miley Cyrus is :D http://youtu.be/rYcg1ot1iWs

I wonder why they won't play??

I'd update your flash. If that doesn't work you can try downloading them, stick "deturl.com/" in front of the "www...." and it brings you to a page where you can download it and stuff. It works for all videos and images online, very useful

Couple of things to bring along

Post by Flatline »

I realise many of you have done meetings/rideouts before but it's worth mentioning some extra things to bring

1. Spare keys and alarm fob carried with you. Just in case yours goes down the drain or breaks etc

2. Vehicle docs (in plastic bag) in case you get to meet Bill

3. Waterproofs

4. Recovery

Just a thought

Key essentials will be a VTR hat, waterproofs, and your wallet....oh and your bike.....everything else You can work out from there

Even though it is forecast as showers, it is still going to be fun....those roads are a blast wet or dry
