Air Fuel screw adjuster

Any one have an air/fuel adjuster for sale? I'm tired of taking everything off to tune the little things. Done my valve clearances and replaced my inlet cams with exhaust cams. If not Ill get one of skewbay, thaought ill check here first

Which is the exact part you're after? just the screw itself?

No the angled screw driver mate, to adjust the screws

I use one of the following and it's still a struggle, especially the rear carb.

I would have thought these would be even more tricky as they are not as shallow.
