+1 on what Lloyd said. That dip will be the famous K&N dip. Stick a Standard filter in and things will be a whole lot better, unless you want to spend Dyno time smoothing out things to work with the K&N to get a couple of bhp top end. You would most likely need a jet kit (adjustable needles) for that too.

Just for your records the jets in your bike were

Rear
Pilot Kehlin 48s
Main Kehlin 178
Air screw 1.8 turns

Front
Pilot Kehlin 48s
Main Kehlin 175
Air screw 2 turns

Carl will advise if these are stock, but I think
good to meet you to mate
thanks for your time I really appreciate it

will put the stock air filter in tomorrow and take it for a spin
will let you know how I get on

Be interested to see if if it is any better. Maybe worth a dyno run to see the fuelling line....or perhaps fit Hawks reccomendation jets

What exhaust are you running. You may just need to tweak the fuel mixture screws a bit, but a run on a dyno will tell you exactly what the A/F is doing.

It's running stock jets and 48s so if it's still running a little flat check needle hight . The stock set up is set on the rich side that's why you can fit race cans without changing jets .

And as your on stick cans the mixture might be a little rich .
Get it over to kevs and stick it on the Dyno .
