Now, the trouble with being a Geordie (as I am) and not staying put in Geordie-land is that every sodding place you go you get asked if you were in/went to/knew someone who was in Byker Grove (and yes, we'll have it spelled proply please, lloydie!). And going paintballing was a riot of laughs - not "I'm blind...". My sister's a few years younger than me and went on a skiing trip with Duncan (Dec), so that was handy to shut them up for a bit. Not by themselves, like...

Yes, well, I seem to recall a particular game that sold quite well with the advertising strap=line of "It's all in the wrist action".....Battling Tops.


You can't find them any more, Lloydie has bought all the remaining ones up for Virt's Christmas stocking.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Excellent game. I bought a set about 20 years ago for those drunken/stoned nights in... Doubt I'd be much good at it now though... :(
