I actually created a new fitness plan for the newer riders like me, it's called "Rugby TO the-Colchester-ish-area in 90 minutes while the weather is absolutely sh1t and every car on the road tries to kill you"

Gotta say though, despite the conditions and the fact I was absolutely hammering it; I didn't feel any discomfort at any point, and I don't feel overly tired right now either.
