my forks are on there way to Roger tomorrow i will let you know what i think

Must get motivated.....you soon will once you get stuck in. It's possible to have one of these bikes stripped down to the bare bones and lump sitting on a block of wood in a day. That's under the right conditions, having the right tools, and as long as you don't find any stubborn or broken nuts and bolts.
