Nearly, you also need to unbolt the linkage from the back of he engine below the swingarm pivot

I know you have already removed the wheel, but If you put it on and lower the bike back down it will make it easier to loosen the bolts with less risk of the bike becoming unstable and falling off the sump support while undoing bolts. Otherwise an extra pair of hands to help support the bike while undoing bolts helps.

First loosen (un-torque) the top shock nut. If the bike is hanging it may swing about doing this! that's why I prefer the Abba stand method. Then Loosen the linkage dog-bone from the engine. Note just loosen these do not remove completely Then raise the rear of the bike off the ground so there is no compression on the shock spring so safe to then fully remove the said nuts and bolts. I would leave the top shock nut threaded on a few turns though, so when you remove the swingarm bolt it don't all suddenly drop out. You can then use the wheel spindle (it's the same diameter but not length) to help knock the swingarm bolt out. Then have someone hold the swingarm while you un-thread the last couple of turns on the shock nut which it's all hanging from. You should now be able to remove the swingarm, shock and linkages as one complete unit.

A bit dry then or maybe the powder you can see is around the nut and thread area and sign of old threadlock or something that has dried and cracked up. Either way it needs looking at. Who knows what the shock linkages will be like.

I cant remember now if the the bottom of the exhaust gets in the way with the method I described above. You may have to undo the bolt (U Clamp) that goes through the top of the shock, so loosen these at the same time as others. This then allows you to swing the shock backwards or forwards as the extra length from the top shock mount does not need to slide through the frame an inch or so to come out.

Sounds like your bike has either been used as a drugs mule or it's oxidisation from corroded aluminium.

Keep digging inward and onward...
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.
