Advice needed

After checking the connection on the starter motor i found the nut was seized and rusty :x after doing my usual and rounding it off i used a hacksaw to get it off, it wasn't giving trouble, i just checked it before i did get trouble, i also found the rubber that goes over the nut is cracked, what is that bit called? and were can i get it? thanks :)

So now you know.
