i had "arc eye" once from tig welding, bugger that was painful, you takes your eyes for granted. You soon learn once you have almost lost ya sight, Glasses for ever since and about £500 a year to boot. Plaster and cement are murder too.

get well soon.AP

It's so easy to bash on with a little job and forget the hazards.
Hope you feel better soon.

Crikey you look well rough in that picture mate. Has the bad eye aged you 20 years

My eye glasses have saved me numerous times from getting crap in my eyes but every now and again something gets around the lens and catches me. If I'm lucky I will blink just in time to catch it (fast reflexes!). Spray is the worst one that seems to get me, Carb spray, that stings :eek2 There are times though when I think I should wear safety goggles. If not to save my eyes, but to save scratching the lens on my glasses.

Just don't do what I have in the past, leave it in the hope it'll be aright after a nights sleep. If you have an eye injury get it looked at asap.

I hope your eye is getting better Marty.
