can't get the picture inserted directly into reply, but check the gallery/funnies - it is about nurse getting passionate with a patient at the hospital.

VTRGirl, please tell me, could that really happend or has the picture been tricked somehow

Yeah, that kinda stuff happens, but more likely between staff. It's probably a genuine x-ray of a radiographer & a nurse or something. No point using photoshop or whatever when you can get the real thing more easily. I guess office workers photocopy their butts because they have a photocopier. X-ray departments, well...
