pooo!

Post by VTRMED »

Hi Everyone,

Sadly have just been released from Hospital after writing off my beloved Firestorm over 10 days ago! I have found out I don't bounce like I used to years ago! Gutted that my pride and joy is no more and that it looks like I won't be riding for quite a while. A word of warning as it wasn't a riding mistake as such! My tail pack came loose and jammed the rear wheel at high speed (Luckily on a straight bit of road) and spat me off at high speed.A lesson that you should always use additional bungee straps to secure you luggage? got to look forward to a long time off work and rehabilitation, head injury, broken collar bone, ribs and hip! and no bloomin bike! Sick as a parrot but a lesson learned.

I feel for you Dude, I had an off last year, and also found you don't heal as fast as you did in your twenty's

Hope you make a quick recovery, at least you have a bit of time to think of mods to your replacment Storm when you get it fella

Wow thats scary, my wife used to wonder why I always shouted at her for leaving trailing straps from her luggage.
