i have a firestorm and am needing advice on the exhausts I want after market cans but not sure if im restricted to specific made parts or will a pair of any cans work if so what sort of pipes would I need

(btw im a complete novice)

Any cans designed to fit the Firestorm will be fine.

So to answer your question, you will need specifically made for the Storm, any pair just wont fit. It is the link pipes that will be different.

As an example, cans for the SP1/2 VTR wont fit as the link pipes are different...They can be made to fit but are not a bolt on replacement.
