right i got round to doing it last night, and the best thing aswell as the better riding position was the cost .........
£0 pounds, yep nill nowt nothing, all parts were donated.
triumph thunderbird risers(moddified to fit fat bars) and a set of triumph preed triple r bars.
no new hoses just yet, just repositioned for now.

did you have to drop the forks in the yokes to get them to miss the bars?

it might slow down the steering if you did

no the forks are still at standard hight, i will be making the 3 mm spacer to go in top of the rear shock soon to speed the steering up a bit like i did with my last one.
