Re: jetting for scorpion cans
If only the cans have been altered and no other modifications (i.e. airfilter, K&N etc) then standard jetting should be ok. You will need to pull the carbs and have a look what is in there. Altering the exhaust by itself usually does not require a dynojet kit or different jets. At most up one size on the pilots and mains and then some testing will need to be done to work out needle position.
Cheers

Re: jetting for scorpion cans
First thing is to find out what is in there - what size jets, etc. Especially seeing as the fuel consumption is so bad and then go from there.
Cheers

Re: jetting for scorpion cans
I bought my bike with scorpions and standard jetting. I got a out 85 miles till the red light came on. Since then ive fitted a pipercross filter, dynojet kit, 90mains and 5th clip on the needles, tps set to 500ohms and a flo-commander fitted. my bike pulls like a train, much better than standard and getting 95miles till red light. it took me ages to get correct combinations tho, had my carbs off at least 10 times. hope this helps
Re: jetting for scorpion cans
60 miles to a tank is a bigger problem than just jets- it would have to be using almost twice as much fuel as it should, and wouldn't run at all.
It's not jets.....
Fix the problem first, then rejet if necessary. Get it on a dyno to get a reading of fuel/air mixtures, guessing isn't helpful on most occasions.
Unless it's 60 track day miles, that's about right.
What are the plug colours?

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
