Hi have just purchased a 2000 red VTR1000. Going to have a sniff about and see what I can see no issues as yet but still got the auto cam tensioners! Cheers :beer:

were you the lucky chap to get the red one from Inverness with the uber nice exhaust?
where about in the far north are you? I'll be taking mine up there spring time for after work blasts..

Hi grumpyfrog yes it is I take it like me you watch the ads a lot! The exhausts are scorpions sound lovely bubble fart backfire :) Im in Fort William by Ben Nevis. Where you at? I`ll be up and down to Glasgow cometh the dry weather.

I'll be basing myself in Inverness, if I can get digs sorted out, and im still not sacked! !you'll have to get yourself down to the SW Scotland run, I'll meet you at the green wellie for the blast down.
love the roads round your way especially out to Mallaig, just need to take a can of fuel with you.
theres another forum member who moved to FW last year. need to get over there this year, if the weather ever improves
