fairing do I need to remove

Hi guys my storm is a 98 notice on the instructions on here if u have a later storm with digital dash you have to remove so my question is will I need to remove mine being a 98 so my mcct can get down

Yes as it makes it easier to do the job .
I also drain and remove the lhs rad

No..... the only difference is the fuel tank arrangement, no mention of removing dash. No need to remove the dash to do the cct's. I wouldn't drain the cooling system either. Just undo the top bolts to the left rad and pull it down out the way slightly. This is only so you have a more clear view of the front cylinder but not totally necessary. Remove the fairing yes.
