carb balance

Seems I have a trust issue !
Balance carbs with ball bearing type, and is spot on
check with gauge type ....mile out !
Have checked gauges by putting both individualy on one cly and yes spot on the same reading, so which do you trust,

gauges . i always set them so they ready the same on one of the two gauges .

Providing you're positive all connecting hoses are good on both gauges, I'd say the ball bearing gauge, as there is nothing in that one to wear out.

Gauges are cheap things off ebay, but virtually brand new, and as mentioned both have been calibrated to one cylinder , anyways runs really well if balanced with the bearing thing so not too worried, I'll have another play tomorrow
