General chit chat with a tenant today, booked the next visit which will be in May, I said to her 'that's the best month of the year...my birthdays in it.''

Jokingly I said I'd be 21 again... :lol:

To which she replied ''Oh yes more like 35 !''

''Actually I'll be 51 this year...'' 8O

Mind you I think her Burka may have slipped a bit as she was looking at me, they take years off a face... :lol: :lol:

yesterday I managed to start my old tractor, first time in a year.... :thumbup:
but today it woundn't start..... :thumbdown:
but i'm still happy as I picked up some friends from our local airport and we started drinking at 5pm, god knows how i'm going to get up at 7am to burn the olive tree pruning's...... :roll:

I had two hours just drivng home tonight. Plus the two hours on the way in today...
