Shock linkage.

Post by MacV2 »

After the TRIANGLE part if any one has one, the bolt & thrust spacer would be nice to if you have them.

Beer tokens or parts trade await.

I have refurbed one with new bearings, seals, pivot shaft. Cleaned up & a grease nipple fitted
£50 + post.
Bearings & seals readily available for good prices but shaft is honda part.
Don't try honda for complete unit (£200) :wtf:
I made a tool to drift out bearings, if you want to refurb your own unit.
Can be done woth socket or tube if not.

Everything apart from the body £55 from honda
Shop around for bearings & save £10.
Not a problem machining the pivot shaft but it is hardened.
Bolt is m10 but smaller pitch. You can get nut but bolt is high tensile.
If bearing has collapsed the pivot will elongate the internal diameter of the seal.
Parts firted to my unit cost £38.
Possibly cheaper to get second hand unit. As long as shaft is ok
