Something like 3ltrs but I'd have to look it up to be sure...

This is just an informative post regarding proper coolants to use in Honda scooters (and motorcycles), and similarly designed engines;

DO NOT use standard "Green" automotive coolant. I found this out accidentally (after actually using the right stuff). I found an old post on a Goldwing forum mentioning the use of off-the-shelf coolant, appaently, most coolants contain silicates; this is good for an automotive cooling system, as it provides the abrasive properties needed to keep coolant passages clear, but it DESTROYS the water-lubricated pump seals in motorcycle engines! You CAN use most long-life "universal" coolants that specifically state "no silicates" on the label, or just buy the factory stuff


So the main thing is just use Silicate free "antifreeze"
