Note that similar anti vibration damper weights are also fitted inside the tubes on the front subframe where your mirrors attach. You will see a round plastic cap in the end of the tube. If you pick this out, the weights are slid down inside there. This helps with fairing vibration and having a steady image in your mirrors  ......or is that steady elbows in your mirrors

Super, thanks.

Well, I've been running the bike without any bar weights at all and haven't noticed any vibration through the bars. So, I'm not going to try and fit any.

They don't seem to be needed to kill vibration. Useful in a drop so I suppose I had better avoid that....

That will be because your a Frog and spend half the time not on the ground...... :biggrin

Maybe the vibes are dissipating away through your body without realising. Well, you may realise one day when you start to get aches and pains. Either that or you have not given the bike any beans yet. Get it over 130 on a private road/track and see if there are any vibration/wobbles then. :eek2 Not only that but if you do happen to drop the bike, bar end weights could possibly save your clipon and lever especially if you have shorties. My R&G weight saved my brake lever in the last little drop I had and took the brunt. Honda did put bar end weights on for a reason.
