got consent from the council to build a bit on the back of my house.

very free an easy these days. only something simple but I drew it up myself on the kitchen table ,the council notify the neighbours, no one objected and bobs your uncle! guidance notes on council webpage were dead easy to follow/understand

when I did an extra bedroom 15 years I think it cost me about a grand to get to this stage?!

Yesterday in fact...Got my Van back from Service...Numpties have only had it for 3 bloody weeks !

Still it came back with a full interior valet...( I'm in it all day so keep it reasonably clean, but it came back all shiney even had wheels cleaned & tyre walls are shiney !) they dealt with the squeeky brakes as well... Full service & a fresh MOT.

The best bit tho is I got rid of the crappy VW that they gave me to use, faster than the Ford but what a crap gearbox !

"Crappy vw" people pay carloads to have a VW esp the "Camper" ( thats not judged by how they walk Mac"

I have just extended my VW Caddy Maxi Combi lease for another year. Yahoo free fuel to March 2017. Thats the joy of a fuel card!.

By the way there superb vans and very useful seats out etc and a crew cab.

Well compared to the Ford I have had for three years this VW was pants...No doubt it's had a hard life as a rental van so maybe a new un-molested one would be OK...

Which ever way you cut it it ani't a 'Camper' so theres no comparison there at all...
