A man after my own heart - and with his priorities in the right order. Bikes in the house, other half in the shed.smokey wrote:misses lives in the shed

The only bike I haven't had in the house yet is the Storm....and the Wing when I had it - (cos it wouldn't fit through the door) - but I don't have to worry about upsetting the female species, as it's my house and no one else lives here. (through my choice). Women are fine for a short time (i.e dropping by for coffee, but to heck with moving in and upsetting everything, tidying up, and telling me to "move half of this crap outa the way"!).
Yer a very lucky man, finding a lass who doesn't mind. Mind you, if there's a high theft rate where you are, or you don't have a shed or garage, I can see why they are in the house. So keeping them there overnight is one thing, but will she let you spray-paint or drop the engine oil in the house? That's when you need to put her through the UBC-TT test (That's the "ultimate bike chick test of tolerance")

If it ain't broken...f*ck about with it until it is.

Not for the bikes you understand. Oh heck no. A woman like that is a rare species indeed and is worth hanging on to - even if it means you have to padlock her to the swing-arm.

(just one jealous ginger right here!)
